Fans Angry After B2ST is Edited Out of ‘Dream Concert’ Broadcast

The Dream Concert was held on May 12 and was star-studded with 20 of the most popular singers in Korea, such as TVXQ, Girls’ Generation, 2AM, 2PM, B2ST, Sistar, 4Minute, Infinite and much more.

The concert was full of exciting performances and keft all the fans in the arena happy, but issues began once the actual broadcast aired.

On May 30, KBS aired the Dream Concert on television, but managed to edit out a good portion of B2ST’s performance on stage.

B2ST closed the first half of the concert with two songs, but in the actual broadcast, only half of its performance for Fiction aired before the commercial break, while the performance of Shock was completely edited out.

B2UTIES were outraged at the incident, urging B2ST’s Yang Yoseop to tweet, “Hee hee, Things like this can happen! Don’t be too upset! If you’re too upset, you can’t sleep. B2UTY, go to sleep!”

Even with the consoling tweet, the fans remained angry, even creating a petition, demanding an official apology from KBS for its lack of attention towards B2ST.

The petition was started on May 31 and so far has 2,480 people who signed. Fans hope to get at least 50,000 signatures.
